His most well-known charity endeavour is as a founding member of the “Traveling Jagrs!” The Traveling Jagrs (if you don’t know of them, it’s time well spent looking them up!) are Jaromir Jagr “superfans” who each don a Jagr jersey, hockey socks, and epic fake mullets to games, to show their passion and support for the hockey legend. They have turned a fun hockey group into a Fund Raising Power House for Local Calgary Charities that are close to Chris. Some of the more well-known causes are:

Suncares charity through Suncor, and get this – The Travelling Jagr’s were the top prize!!! That is, The Jar’s themselves paired with a trip to Vegas in a private plane alongside admission to an NHL game with the Jagr’s were raffled off to a lucky winner. Together, they were able to help raise $42,000!!

Jeff Pilon
Jeff Pilon has lived in Calgary since 2003, after joining the CFL Calgary Stampeders. His 10 year career saw him bring home 2 Grey Cups and an western all-star awards while also being in the top 25 for all-time games played. Jeff also had a quick stint in the NFL with the NY Jets and had the opportunity to play in the first year of the XFL with the New York/New Jersey Hitmen.
Jeff has 17+ years of senior management experience and business development and leadership. The ability to steer growth, strategic planning with a strong background in Calgary real estate developments. Jeff has lived in Calgary for 20 years and enjoys spending his free time with his family and restoring classic cars.
